    Born and raised in Lower Algiers, affectionately known as The Cut Off, De'Onate created this design as a visual tribute to the streets, memories, and culture that shaped her. Every detail tells a story of neighborhood pride, resilience, and the deep connection that exists between people and the place they call home.
